A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Director of Finance to purchase at State Bid cost, two (2) 2018 K8B2 Ford Explorers, from Classic Fleet, Mentor, Ohio for the total amount of Fifty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Eight Dollars and Forty-Two Cents ($58,238.42) for use by the Mayor and the  Eastlake Police Department, and declaring an emergency.

A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Contract with Rudzik Excavating, Inc., the most responsible and lowest and best bidder, for the Base Bid for the Waverly 1 Relief/Replacement Sewer Bid Results in the total amount of Three Million Five Hundred Seventy-One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Nine Dollars and Ten Cents ($3,571,369.10), contingent on the WPCLF Loan Approval, and declaring an emergency.
