  1. A communication from Finance Director Schindel to reappropriate for the expenses for the period beginning January 1, 2016 and ending December 31, 2016.

  2. A communication from City Engineer Gwydir to submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission Capital Improvement Plan.

  3. A communication from the WPCC to enter into an Agreement with the City of Willoughby for implementing the payment for Quentin Road Equalization Basin Project.

  4. A communication from the Administration to enter into a Twelfth Amendment to the WPCC Joint Agreement with the City of Willoughby.
