FORCE INDOOR SPORTS EASTLAKE, LLC, 34650 MELINZ PKWY, EASTLAKE (Shaw Abrams)

Mr. Evers: The first item on the agenda is a Conditional Use Permit for Force Indoor Sports Eastlake, LLC, 34650 Melinz Pkwy., Eastlake. Are there any questions?

Mr. Hoefle: This has been referred with no objections by the Planning Commission. Mr. Klammer, was there a question about their liquor license?

Mr. Klammer: They have a liquor license which they are utilizing under a management agreement. They did not apply for the conditional use permit because of the liquor license but the Clerk included it.

The applicant was not aware that the conditional use permit included mention of the liquor license. It

went through Planning Commission so we added it in. I have no problems with it.

Mr. Evers: Is this okay with the Administration?

Mayor Morley: Yes.

Upon review the Committee agreed to move this matter forward to the next regular Council meeting.
