ORDINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING

OCTOBER 20, 2015

 

 

Committee Chair Mr. Hoefle opened the meeting at approximately 6:28 ­­­p.m. Members of the Committee in attendance were Mr. Evers and Mr. Hoefle. Present from Council were Ms. DePledge, Mr. Licht and Council President D’Ambrosio. Ms. Vaughn was absent and excused and Mrs. Quinn-Hopkins was absent.

 

In attendance from the Administration were Mayor Morley and finance Director Mr. Slocum. Law Director Mr. Klammer was absent and excused.

 

Also in attendance were members of the public.

 

There were no further questions or comments.

AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 1301.01 “PERMITS AND FEES”

 

AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 1341.03 (B) “NOTICE TO CITY OF FORECLOSURE FILING FEE

 

AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING SECTION 951.04 (A) “FEES”

Mr. Hoefle: I am going to Table this meeting due to the fact that Mr. Menn is not present so I am going to Table this meeting until we can re-schedule.
