Due to a recorder malfunction the Council-as-a-Whole Committee minutes have been transcribed via notes

Council President Mr. D’Ambrosio opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

ATTENDEES

Members of Council in attendance were Mr. Licht, Mrs. Quinn-Hopkins, Mr. Evers, Ms. DePledge,

Mr. Hoefle, Ms. Vaughn and Council President Mr. D’Ambrosio. Council Clerk Mrs. Cendroski was absent and excused.

Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, Law Director Klammer, Finance Director Slocum, Assistant Service Director Rubertino, City Engineer Gwydir and Fire Chief Whittington. Police Chief Reik was absent and excused. CBO McReynolds was absent.

LEGISLATION PROPOSED:

01-28-(01): Amendment: Codified Ordinance Section 155.03 “Holidays”

Upon review, the Committee agreed to approve this matter.

There was no Legislation Pending.

MISCELLANEOUS:

There was no Miscellaneous.
