COUNCIL AS A WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

TUESDAY

JUNE 12, 2018

7:00 P.M.

Mr. Meyers opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

ATTENDEES

Members of Council in attendance were Mr. Kasunick, Mr. Spotton, Mr. Hoefle, Mr. Evers, Mr. Overstreet, Mr. Zuren and Council President Mr. Meyers. Also attending was Council Clerk Mrs. Simons.

Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, Police Chief Reik, CBO Menn, Service Director Rubertino, City Engineer Gwydir, and Law Director Klammer.  Fire Chief Whittington and Finance Director Schindel were absent and excused.

Mr. Meyers: If there is anyone privately recording this meeting as courtesy to the public will you please identify yourself so that the fellow attendees know that they are being recorded. 

LEGISLATION PROPOSED:

1. 06-12-(01): Ordinance: To establish Fund 800 “General Fund Cash Reserve.”

There were no questions at this time.

LEGISLATION PENDING:

There was no Legislation Pending.

MISCELLANEOUS:

1. Resolution: To file an application with ODNR to acquire funds for the Quentin Road Park.

Mr. Meyers: This will be Legislation No.: 06-12-(02).

2. Resolution: To purchase a 2018 F15C 4X4 SUPERCAB from Classic Ford of Madison.

Mr. Meyers: This will be Legislation No.: 06-12-(03).

3. Resolution: To purchase a 2018 K8B2 Explorer from AutoNation Ford East.

Mr. Meyers: This will be Legislation No.: 06-12-(04).

Mayor Morley: Both of those are for the Service Department and we had them in the 2018 budget.

There were no questions at this time.

Mr. Meyers: I know that many of you are here for the Public Hearing regarding the Licensing of Single- Family Residential Units.  At this time what we are going to do is adjourn the Council-As-A-Whole Committee Meeting and go into our Regular Council Meeting, which should take about fifteen minutes or so and then we will proceed with the Public Hearing regarding the Licensing of Residential Units.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:03 p.m.
