COUNCIL AS A WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING

 

MINUTES

 

TUESDAY

 

FEBRUARY 14, 2017

 

 

 

Council President Ms. DePledge opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m. 

 

ATTENDEES

 

Members of Council in attendance were Mr. Zuren, Mr. Meyers, Mr. Kasunick, Mr. Spotton, Mr. Evers, Mr. Hoefle and Council President Ms. DePledge. Also attending was Council Clerk Mrs. Simons. 

 

Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, CBO Menn and Law Director Klammer.  Fire Chief Whittington, Police Chief Reik, Service Director Rubertino, City Engineer Gwydir and Finance Director Schindel were absent and excused.

 

Ms. DePledge: If there is anyone recording this meeting as courtesy to the public will you please identify yourself so that the fellow attendees know that they are being recorded.

MISCELLANEOUS:

 

  1. The Thirteenth Amendment to the WPCC Joint Agreement with the City of Willoughby.

    Ms. DePledge: If add to evening’s agenda it will be Legislation No.: 02-14-(01).  Mayor Morley?

    Mayor Morley: I will be addressing numbers one and two.  It is our agreement with Willoughby on Waste Water Treatment Plant.  The second one is the Basin that is being built on Quentin Rd and Lakeshore Blvd to discuss the payment structure with Willoughby.  The third one is a service agreement for the Police Departments TAC Computer System.

    Ms. DePledge: It is the annual service agreement that we have to do every year?

    Mayor Morley: Number four is for the renewal of the client services with Medicount.  They track all of our billing for the ambulance services and we just have to renew the agreement and Chief Whittington is on board with it.  We met with Ms. Schindel and Mr. Klammer and we are all good with that.  There are no new fees or anything it is the same we just have to renew the agreement.

    Ms. DePledge: They are just housekeeping items.

  2. To enter into an Agreement with the City of Willoughby for payment procedure for the Equalization Basin Control Structure

    Ms. DePledge: If add to this evening’s agenda it will be Legislation No.: 02-14-(02).

  3. A Resolution to enter into an Agreement with TAC Computer, Inc.

    Ms. DePledge: If add to this evening’s agenda it will be Legislation No.: 02-14-(03).

  4. A Resolution to Renew the Client Services Agreement with Medicount Management, Inc.

    Ms. DePledge: If add to this evening’s agenda it will be Legislation No.: 02-14-(04).
