COUNCIL AS A WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES
TUESDAY
SEPTEMBER 22, 2015
Council President Mr. D’Ambrosio opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDEES
Members of Council in attendance were Mr. Evers, Mr. Hoefle, Ms. DePledge, Ms. Vaughn and Council President Mr. D’Ambrosio. Mrs. Quinn-Hopkins was absent and Mr. Licht is absent and excused. Also attending was Council Clerk Mrs. Simons.
Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, Law Director Klammer, Finance Director Slocum, Service Director Rubertino, City Engineer Gwydir, and Fire Chief Whittington. CBO Menn and Police Chief Reik were absent and excused.
LEGISLATION PROPOSED:
There was no Legislation Proposed.

MISCELLANEOUS
Resolution: Approving a Gasline Pipeline Easement Grant with East Ohio Gas Company
Mr. D’Ambrosio: Mr. Gwydir?
Mr. Gwydir: Dominion East Ohio Gas is trying to service a customer that is at the terminus of Brook Dr. They have a line right that runs off of Valley View and it runs down to the local properties that are there and it stops somewhat short of the property that needs service. They have asked for an Easement for across the corner of City property. It’s the western terminus of Eastlake Gardens and the line runs to that house as well as to another house. I’ve looked at it and I see no reason why Dominion shouldn’t be granted that and it is my understanding that that Mr. Klammer has looked at it and did not find any objections to it either.
Mr. D’Ambrosio: From my understanding they were using oil as a heating source now and they want to change to gas?
Mr. Gwydir: I cannot comment on what they are using now.
Mr. D’Ambrosio: I was looking into it.
Mr. Gwydir: Believe me need gas.
Mr. D’Ambrosio: It’s a lot cheaper I would think.
