   2-23-(02): A Resolution to enter into a Contract with Osborne Concrete and Stone, Co.as the lowest bidder for the purchase of Asphalt/Concrete Products.

   02-23-(03): a Resolution to enter into a Contract with Osborne Concrete and Stone, Co. as the lowest bidder for the purchase of Stone & Slag Aggregate Products from March 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017.

   02-23-(04): A Resolution to enter into a Contract with Pat Flowers Inc. as the lowest and best bidder for Pavement Lane Marking for the uear 2016 – 2017.
