   03-08-(01) A Resolution for a Lease Agreement between the City of Eastlake and the American Croatian Lodge.

3. MISCELLANEOUS:

   Resolution: Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with the City of Willoughby for the implementation for the payment procedure for the W-E Equalization Basin Rehabilitation Sewer Project.

   Ordinance: To amend Section 939.26 “Sewer service Charges” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Eastlake, specifically Section 939.26(d) (3) “Surcharges”

    Resolution: Authorizing the Mayor to enter into an Agreement with the ODOT’s state Fiscal year 2017 for the Urban Paving Program for S.R. 283 in Eastlake OH.

   Resolution: Authorizing and directing the Director of Public Safety to advertise for a Public Auction for the sale of various items deemed no longer usable by the city of Eastlake.

   For the appointment of Finance Director Schindel’s vacation time. 

4. The appointment of William Opalich as the Port Authority Liaison for the unexpired term ending December 31, 2016.
