COUNCIL AS A WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES
TUESDAY
JANUARY 26, 2016
Council President Ms. DePledge opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
ATTENDEES
Members of Council in attendance were Mr.Zuren, Mr. Meyers, Mr. Kasunick, Mr. Spotton, Mr. Evers, Mr. Hoefle and Council President Ms. DePledge. Also attending was Council Clerk Mrs. Simons.
Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, Law Director Klammer, Finance Director Slocum, Fire Chief Whittington, CBO Menn, City Engineer Gwydir and Service Director Rubertino. Police Chief Reik was absent and excused.

MISCELLANEOUS:
An Ordinance amending Chapter 155, “Employment Provisions and Compensation” of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Eastlake, specifically Section 155.01 “General Administration” subsection (d).
Ms. DePledge: Mr. Hoefle will you be making a Motion to add this to this evening agenda?
Mr. Hoefle: Yes.
Ms. DePledge: This will be Legislation No.: 01-26-(01). This there anything further that needs to be discussed in Council-As-A-Whole this evening? Mr. Slocum?
Mr. Slocum: Just to make sure that it is in the minutes that the effect of this legislation is that without adopting this each Council member will get a three hundred dollar raise this year. By adopting this legislation Council is agreeing to not take the three hundred dollar raise.
Ms. DePledge: Thank you for stating that and as I had mentioned in our previous meeting that I thought that it was great that our new member were willing to put the Cities interest ahead of their own. I am very proud of that.
