                                                                        Lake County YMCA for use of the Houston-Fisher                                                                          Pool facility and surrounding grounds, with said                                                                               property to be used by the YMCA to provide                                                                                   aquatic and recreational programming at the City of                                                                                     Eastlake’s swimming pool, and declaring an                                                                                      emergency.
