 A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Contract with TC Construction Co. Inc., for the labor and material for repair work to thirteen intersections, for the total amount of One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Four Dollars ($141,984.00), and declaring an emergency.
