COUNCIL AS A WHOLE COMMITTEE MEETING

MINUTES

TUESDAY

JULY 12, 2016

 

Council President Ms. DePledge opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.

 
ATTENDEES

Members of Council in attendance were Mr. Zuren, Mr. Meyers, Mr. Kasunick, Mr. Spotton, Mr. Evers, Mr. Hoefle and Council President Ms. DePledge. Also attending was Council Clerk Mrs. Simons.

Those attending from the Administration were Mayor Morley, Police Chief Reik, CBO Menn, City Engineer Gwydir, Finance Director Schindel and Law Director Klammer. Fire Chief Whittington and Service Director Rubertino were absent and excused. 

 

Ms. DePledge: If anyone is recording this meeting as courtesy to the public will you please identify yourself so that the fellow attendees know that it is being recorded.

Ms. DePledge: Mayor Morley?

Mayor Morley: Would you like me to talk about the possible levies under Miscellaneous or in my report during the Regular Council Meeting?

Ms. DePledge: If you want to address them in Council-As-A-Whole…I think that in your report will be fine.

Mayor Morley: Okay.
