A communication from City Engineer Gwydir for a resolution granting permission from the City of Eastlake to the City of Willoughby to expend funds for Seven Hundred and Eighty One Thousand Dollars for the implementation of the Willoughby-Eastlake WPCC Outfall Replacement Project.
