 A Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Director of Finance to enter into a Settlement Agreement with Robert    Oliveri for three workman’s compesation claim, for the one time payment of Thirty Three Thousand Dollars ($33,000).

An Ordinance amending Chapter 939.21 (j) of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Eastlake, Ohio, entitled, Discharge Prohibitions.

A Resolution granting permission from the City of Eastlake to the City of Willoughby to expend funds in an amount not to exceed Seven Hundred and Eighty OneThousand Dollars ($781,000.00) for the implementation of the Willoughby-Eastlake WPCC Outfall Replacement Project.
